Terms and Conditions 

 

 

Terms and conditions of payment for Agency:-

1. 50% of the amount shall be paid in advance by D. D.  and balance amount at the time of taking delivery. Transportation charges, may be  paid to the Transporting Agency at the time of  receiving consignment.     

2.  Payment shall be made by D. D. payable at Panaji in favour of  the "Manager, Rural Bazar Goa". Please send D. D. at the following address:-

District Rural Development Agency, 
Shanta Building, 2nd Floor,
St. Inez, Panaji-Goa. 

3.  Orders will be dispatched after receiving D.D.

4.  Agency will   be intimated after dispatching     the order.

5.   Agency should be available to take up the delivery at the given address.  Non-acceptance of the delivery will forfeit the amount paid as an advance.

6.   Goods are to be checked while taking the delivery in the presence of  the transportation Company. Damage if any may be intimated within 2 weeks. 

6.  If the goods are not received within 15 days from the date of dispatch, the same may be intimated to this Office.

7.   Acknowledgement receipt may please be sent after receiving the delivery.
